    Most orders ship from Morocco within 3–5 business days of payment. Transit to the US typically takes 7–14 business days via international courier with tracking. Custom rugs have a production time of 8–12 weeks before shipping.
    Yes — every rug in our collection is handmade by Moroccan artisans. We source directly from weaving workshops in the High Atlas, Fès and Marrakech. No factory production, no anonymous intermediaries. We know the makers personally.
    The easiest way is through our custom rug page — it guides you through dimensions, color palette, pattern and material choices. You can also describe your vision in the message form above and we’ll take it from there.
    We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in original condition. Custom-made pieces are non-refundable as they are produced to your specifications. Full details are on our Returns page.
    Yes. We work with interior designers and trade buyers on select pieces and custom orders. Select ‘Wholesale / Trade Inquiry’ in the contact form above and tell us about your project — we’ll reply with our trade terms.
